About the Author
Karen's first writing project, 𝙊𝙣𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨𝙖𝙡 𝘾𝙝𝙧𝙞𝙨𝙩𝙢𝙖𝙨 𝙋𝙖𝙜𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙩, was published in 2012 and updated in May 2024. As a busy mom of four boys, she understood the challenges many parents face during the holiday season. Driven by necessity, she decided to simplify the Christmas production to ensure it could still happen.
Encouraged by a local school teacher, Karen published and shared her script with other churches. Each year, her script, charmingly performed by children, beautifully narrates the true story of Jesus' birth.
With her children now grown, Karen is grateful for more time to create. The natural inclination of her heart is to create faith-filled, Bible-based resources to help young hearts discover the greatness of God. She draws inspiration from the enduring truth of Scripture, the wonders in God’s creation, and the simple joys of life as a mother and grandmother.
With a deep desire to declare the Lord’s power to the next generation, Karen creates books that are fun to read, relatable, and faith-building. She hopes to encourage children to grow in their God-confidence and learn to trust in the Lord with all their heart.
